Product information

8g thru 5/8" are SINGLE FLARE
3/4" thru 1" are DOUBLE FLARE
8g thru 2g are pretty long and have a 7/16" wearable
0g thru 1" have an approx 3/8" wearable

The process used to give the plugs a metallic front is called "fuming". In a flame that is very hot glassblowers vaporize metal and the metal is carried in the flame in vapor form until it condenses onto a cooler surface, in this case the front of the plug. If everything is just right the metal stays bonded to the surface of the glass, leaving a very thin layer of metal on the glass.

Cleaning of the plugs should be with warm soapy water and a soft cotton cloth. Much like cleaning a pair of glasses with an anti-reflective coating.

Gauge purchased: 6g. I love these! I don't think they look like regular steel plugs at all, they are prettier, shinier and much more elegant. ALthough I am at 4g now, I still wear these, because I like them so much. They're perfect for work, very subtle and feminine. If they are restocked, I would definitely buy a pair in 4g too.

These are great, comfortable, easy to take care of - just awesome all around. I just purchased my second pair (4g -> 2g) and am going to stretch with them again. First time, no problem with an acrylic taper. They're a little long in the back if you keep the flared end close to your ear, but that doesn't bother me any. They're pretty killer when the light hits em just the right way.

These are nice plugs, but in-ear they are so shiny and reflective that they almost look like steel plugs to me (which I'm not really a huge fan of..). I still like them quite a bit though. I guess they are pretty long, but they're not bothersome at all and they're the same length as my Colorfront 2nds.
