When I got it, it was lined up perfectly but once I unscrewed and placed it in, the bottom stem part was a little turned to the right. If I leave it a little less than tight then it lines up but that makes me worry it might fall out. Not a huge problem, but I was just hoping it would line up when screwed down. Aside from all that, it is very detailed and beautiful, and wearing it is no problem, not uncomfortable or pokey, and no wear on it so far. :)

Very cute but not for long time wear! The top screws on and stays loose so I have to watch it and make sure it doesn't pop off.

Every time I have gone to purchase this product, it was out of stock. I finally was able to get one and I am completely satisfied. This is such a cute piece, the post isn't too long, and it sits in the navel hole very well. I am so glad I bought this product.
