I purchased the 18g yellow gold with a 1/4" diameter. It is absolutely perfect for my septum piercing. It fits tight and snug so it doesn't hang low and isn't super noticeable. It's just small and dainty and classy. I absolutely love it. My only problem is because it's so small I can't close it myself once I have it in and need some help.

Very pretty ring. My only complaint: when I put the (closed) ring on a perfectly flat surface it was visible that the ring is not perfectly even but slightly bent, since not all of it lay flat on the surface. I have not used it yet but I wonder whether this might affect my piercing. At this gauge it is very easy to bend, though.
