50+ customers have this in their cart
Make sure your jewelry is sterilized with our autoclave service.

Your entire order will be delayed in shipment 1 extra business day by having items sterilized on it. (ie: if you order on Friday, your order will ship out Monday. If you order on Tuesday, your order will ship out Wednesday.)

Adding this to cart will sterilize up to TEN glass, solid steel, solid titanium, solid niobium, bioplast, PTFE, or metal items with gems BEZEL set in and not glued. It will NOT sterilize items that are organic, acrylic, or jewelry with glued in gems. Your sterilized items will arrive in sealed pouches. WE CONSERVE POUCHES AND COMBINE JEWELRY INTO ONE POUCH IF IT WILL FIT.
Obviously, this does not purchase the machine, only the sterilization service.

In our drop-down menus for adding to cart, we show the gauge of the item you are ordering, then the length/diameter, then the ball size if it has any:

Jewelry is measured through a gauge system (conversion chart below). The higher the gauge number the smaller the wire is. For reference, a standard "earring" is usually 20 gauge. Jewelry gauges can vary between manufacturers. There is no universal regulation on companies to make a standard size in body jewelry. This is because some jewelry is made outside of the USA and measured in millimeters. And in the USA jewelry is measured in inches.

Rings

Rings are an essential item that can be worn in many piercings. They come in various styles:
  • Captive bead rings - These use tension to hold a bead in place.
  • Clickers - These use a hinge to open and close the ring.
  • Segment rings - These have a "segment" that comes completely out of the jewelry similar to removing a bead. But it looks like a completely seamless piece of jewelry.
  • Seamless rings - These rings require bending to open & close.
How to measure rings
  • Gauge - This is the thickness of the ring itself.
  • Diameter/Length - Measure directly across the inside center of the ring.

How to measure no flare plugs
  • Gauge - Measure the size of the plug across the middle.

Love this service. It's great knowing that the jewelry comes in sterilized and safe to put into my piercings. It's also such an awesome price to get 10 items sterilized. Definitely worth it.

This is one of the best things ever! I was a tad bothered that they were all done together but for packaging reasons I see why but either way LOVED it! LOVE knowing my jewelry is sterile when I put it in.

I love the sterilization service. I live a bit away from my piercer (like, two hours away), so it's awesome to know that my jewelry is sterilized and just pop the new jewelry into my healed piercings without having to worry about getting the jewelry to my piercers so they can sterilize it for me. Plus, the service is very fairly priced.
