This is the first Gorilla glass retainer in pre-order. It's surprisingly accurate and finely executed. True to the image provided above. I had asked for 1/4 of the wearing area, it's a bit more but it's not an easy material to work with, so it's ok. Overall it's thinner than other pyrex retainers, so I breathe better. This is important to me because I always wear it in the hide position. Really happy with this one.

I just received this retainer today - I sneezed and it snapped in half. I suppose I couldn't have expected too much from a very thin piece of glass, but I am still disappointed that it didn't even last a day!

My last retainer was too long, this one is a little shorter so I can't feel it moving around and it doesn't irritate my nose at all. Sometimes if I rub my nose, it is easy to fall out because it's short but other than that it's very secure and is good quality.

this retainer is amazing! i bought it because i cant wear my septum ring to work, and when its in its practically invisible. its super comfortable and easy to put in. if you have a small nose like me, i'd recommend getting a 5/16" wearable if you want a little extra space on the wearable part (so its not snug), but if you have a small nose and like it snug then a 1/4" wearable might be for you. honestly a great product (and MRI safe since it's glass!)

I ordered 5/16" and wish I'd bought 1/4", but that's just because i bought it with the intention of wearing it flipped up. It doesn't quite stay up due to its width. However, it's quite comfortable anyway. Despite its short little "legs," it does stay securely in my nose, though fitting it into my piercing can be a little awkward due to the right angles. Next time I order a retainer, I'll know what size to get but this is by no means a bad purchase.
