I got this pincher in my regular circular barbell size, which is pretty snug. It fits a little smaller/ more subtle than I had anticipated, but it was a mistake on my end, so if you want the ends to stick out a little more, maybe get a diameter up. Still looks super cute and subtle!

This is a really good quality piece of jewelry but I made the mistake of not measuring my high septum piercing height before ordering. I was hoping that it would hang out of my nose more, but it barely shows because mine is pierced pretty high. However, this is good for when I want to wear my nostril ring and septum ring at the same time. Still highly recommend this!
