PurSan is Vegan friendly, free of parabens, fragrances and dyes and keeps piercings and tattoos clean and moisturized during the healing process.

PurSan is a mild after-care soap specially formulated for specifically the Body Art industry, to provide gentle cleansing. PurSan in combination with a sea salt wash is the perfect combination for piercing aftercare.

 This cleanser is ideal for sensitive skin. Its ingredients include a low, but effective amount of Chloroxylenol (PCMX), a proven antimicrobial ingredient shown to be effective against bacteria and viruses without irritating the skin, and Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Hypromellose), a ultra high grade lubricant. 

PurSan keeps clients’ Body Art clean and moisturized during the healing of new Tattoos and Piercings.

This soap is absolutely amazing and if you're suffering with an infection this will definitely kill off the bad germs for sure, speaking from experience. I got a minor infection from an ear stretch that went wrong and my ears are no longer infected because of this soap (plus the aid of saline spray after the shower). While I was showering, I can feel the swelling, and the spread of the infection subsiding with each us of this product. It also does lubricate like it claims to, much better than all natural castile soap imo. This is my go-to soap for healing wounds, piercings, and even tattoos, I swear by this stuff!
