For the price, comfort, and discrete appearance, these can't be beat. I use these to be more discreet with my moderately large tongue piercing; over a decade+ these have never been noticed. If you wear acrylic barbells, you'll of course need to replace them from time to time, but these really do last a long while. Since spring 2015, I've used 5 and usually get 11-14 months. Recommend replacing as soon as the thread gets loose or material scuffs, otherwise there is risk of breakage (a good thing, because your teeth will win the contest and survive unscathed).

This is my second time purchasing this particular item. This time I purchased it in clear due to restrictions at my place of employment. I loved the first one and I love this one as well. I didnt think I would like the clear that much but I actually really do, it looks pretty cool looking at it from the top.
