Great quality and love the look of this, but the hinge is quite tight. I will be waiting to wear this until my septum piercing is at least a couple years old and I feel comfy tugging on it a bit if I need to do so to remove jewelry.

Nice solid piece for the septum. It is "left handed" but I got used to it pretty fast. The click is tight but do-able. No worries about it falling out!
