I got these specifically for my ear lobes due to them getting irritated and all, hoping that this would help. These are SO SMALL! It was almost impossible to get the ball back on it once I had it in my ear. It was so stressful due to the small size. I should have realized that, but I'm kind of new to buying jewelry. But it is a good product. My ears do get less irritated than they used to. The balls have stayed on well since I bought it. It is a good product.
