Product Description:

The ring is going to be niobium and the beads are going to be titanium.

When opening this piece for insertion it is best to twist the two ends away from each other, rather than opening the ring as one would do with a standard captive bead ring. The second method will distort the shape of the ring.

I love this ring, it is absolutely gorgeous! I have very sensitive skin, so as soon as my piercing was healed up enough, I switched the initial piece from the piercer out with this. It's so nice to find niobium jewelry where I can as to lessen irritation as much as possible. That being said, I do have one issue: the anodized coating is poorly done. When using my fingers to open the ring up, the color rubbed off a bit both where my fingers had to apply pressures for the area of the ring that was being bent. I've worked with niobium rings before, as I used to make some jewelry myself, and I never had anodized niobium do this from my either my fingers or tools that I was working with. If I had known this was going to happen, I would not have paid this much for it :/ I'll still wear it because I love it, and it's hardly noticeable. Just slightly disappointed at the anodizing quality is all.

Its a really pretty design, easy to put in. Unfortunate the yellow color is very green looking. I wish it just came in gold.
