Slightly taller profile than I was expecting but it's so cute! I like my metal colors to match so I needed this once I got my gold septum piece, it's a bang on match for me. But the screws were a bit small. It fit me fine since I have a small nose but I would be wary. I love it so much since the piece I wanted it to match is a little more subtle and this is a little more visible than some of my other studs
