The below measurements are approximate:

X-Small - outer diameter is around 40mm-42mm and the weights can be between 12-14 grams.
Small - outer diameter is around 46mm-50mm and the weights can be between 14-16 grams.
Medium - outer diameter is around 58mm-60mm and the weights can be between 16-18 grams.
Large - outer diameter is around 64mm-66mm and the weights can be between 18-20 grams.
X-Large- outer diameter is around 70mm-72mm and the weights can be between 20-22 grams.
Made with ceramic coated copper or brass

The hoop measures at a 6g, but we recommend these weights for sizes 4g and larger due to the hammered texture of the hoops.

To open seamless rings, twist to the side rather than pulling apart to preserve the shape of the ring.
