I have purchased multiples of these, and you have to keep in mind your surroundings. They are very fragile, and will break if they fall to the ground on anything harder than carpet. I suggest not wearing these in the shower, while swimming, or while sleeping. Keeping them in during sleep caused one of my earlobes to get irritated and tear.

These are very good quality- make sure that your lobes are somewhat lubricated before inserting. I also suggest do not sleep in these, as well as taking them out before you go into a shower or swimming. I have torn my earlobe while sleeping in them, and have broken the airing because it fell out in the shower. These are a great weight to maintain your size.
