These are beautiful and I love them but I did run into a few issues. I placed multiple orders of different sizes and colors (coffee and black specifically). Twice I was sent the what seemed to be the wrong color. The first time customer serv corrected, the second time they did not, but I did not escalade for I was still pleased with what I got. I find that the coffee comes in varying colors and can be close to black and also a rather light brown causing discrepancies. If you want a matching set, for close piercings, this may be an issue. They are also tall causing the 3mm to seem rather large for a nostril, I definately prefer the 2mm for my high nostril piercings. I ran into one dud that ended up losing the gem due to one prong being short. I crazy glued it back in place. Overall most of these were great, maintained the gold coloring well. And look great.

these are adorable. had two for my nostril piercings before switching to smaller gems. the prongs can be a bit annoying and can catch onto fabrics if say... drying your face with a towel. however, they're so lovely and dainty nonetheless.

I found it really hard to bend the metal in the middle instead of it just bending right behind the gem, but I eventually got it with the aid of some jewelry pliers. I ordered lavender cz but it's definitely clear, not lavender. Contacted customer service and they are letting me keep the clear one and giving me a partial store credit, so no harm done, but be aware that the lavender is not lavender (unless I received clear by mistake).

I wear my threaded ends in an inverted labret piercing. The jewelry sticks out pretty far, so it wasn't the most comfortable to wear. Since I wear pronged ends in my piercing, I have to clean it often with a sewing needle. The gem popped out while doing this, I was able to get it back in- but just be aware if you do the same thing. Pretty piece, but in my case it sticks out too far.
