I'd been eyeballing this for a long time and it is absolutely stunning considering it's a cheaper piece. Other reviewers are correct about it being small. I wear 5/16, 10mm, or 3/8 in septum clickers and this 5/16 is definitely right up in my nose and can be scratchy if it gets misaligned.

Beautiful and dainty in the septum. However the edges are sharper than you'd like for the inside of your nose so it can feel a little scratchy. However, I do have a layered stacked septum and this is the outside hoop so it probably rubs on my skin more than it would if I were only wearing it by itself. Still worth it, though!
