Great little piece for my tragus. 1/4" is great, as my tragus is not very thick. The end/bead top is a little higher profile, as it appeared in the photos, don't mind this in my ears but would prefer flatter/more flush if I intended to use these in any of my facial piercings; just my preference. Solid piece, enjoy a labret back in my tragus in stead of a ball to better accommodate earbuds.
