Great quality, very cute little spike! The only negative thing for me is that the spike itself is smaller than I expected it to be. I still really like it though and plan to buy another for my opposite nostril once that's been pierced. As another reviewer mentioned, it is a little uncomfortable to insert due to the right angle but once it's in, it's super comfy. I'd had a hoop in before which was starting to feel pretty sore from moving around all the time, so getting this stud was a relief.
