This labret saved my nostril piercing! I changed from an L-back piercing stud to a 14k hoop too early after having my nose pierced (8 weeks) and ended up with irritation bumps inside and outā€¦ not good! The hoop was wiggling and getting bumped so easily. No cleaning solutions or methods were helping so I knew the irritation was the hoop. At the 11 week mark I finally switched to this titanium labret with a 2.5mm top. Now, 4 days later, my piercing bumps are almost invisible. A little tricky to get in, but a pair of hemostats helps to hold the tiny back. And I love how easy it is to change the top to change the lookā€¦ no need to take the whole thing out!
