I usually purchase the small bottle, but for two more dollars it was definitely worth the much larger size!! I use this stuff on all of my 14 piercings, whether they're healed completely or still healing. I've never had irritation bumps or infections during the healing & I believe this product is partially why. I will hands down continue to repurchase. Two thumbs up from me!

Nice and powerful, it does what it's suppose to do. I had a minor infection and this help reduce and prevent the spread of the infection with the aid of an antibacterial soap and eventually I over came it.
