The cuff is a clip on design, it is made to look like a clicker but it does not require a piercing

Verified purchase 5/8" (pair)

Unfortunately, I couldn't stand the cuff part for more than a few minutes. Fortunately, I was careful and wore (tested) it at home first. The cuff part hurts very quickly. I wear ''regular'' cuff with no problem, but this one is Ouch!
