Super cheap and perfect for my nose! I have a small nose so 10mm is my ideal diameter in my 8ga clicker so when sizing up I found these, they are perfect. It is a little bit of a rounded edge which is kinda nice but it means the cone isn't totally flush. For 6$ for a 6ga septum piece I'm happy. I wouldn't pay more for this though..
