3 stars because it's a beautiful piece of jewelry; however, be wary of purchasing 8g or smaller due to the weakened durability of glass at smaller diameters. unfortunately, i dropped this one time before i could even wear it and it snapped in half. so sad!!

Stunning piece! I requested they select a tusk that matched the plugs I also bought and they blew it out of the park with the limited options they had! Soooo smooth and comfortable, will def me making this tusk part of my every day rotation!

More oval shaped than round. Color is nice, but lacks any kind of red (bloodstone) and more resembles aventurine. Length and curve are nice, has a subtle taper.

Mine came with a chip on an end. With a digital caliper it measures 4.78 which is higher than the +/- 0.5mm variation listed for natural materials. I decided to keep it instead of returning it because it was the last tigers eye option in this size. While it has its flaws it's still wearable and very pretty, but I will have to stretch up a bit to be able to fit it in. Despite the issues I am excited for when I'll be able to wear it because of how cool it looks.
