I've got this in my helix piercing and love the look of it. My main issue is how difficult it can be to put in. The flat back of the post was hard to grip in my helix. I gave up and had to ask my dad to help. I've not had a problem with losing the end and I've been wearing the jewelry for almost three weeks now. I used a slightly damp cloth to get a better grip on the post to ensure that the end was screwed on tightly.

Bought the 5/16" and the 3/8" for my tragus, the 5/16" is perfect. I love this cutie, the only problem is that sometimes it comes loose, so check it every now and then!

I got this in a 16g and wore it all the time. It does come loose sometimes so you have to make sure you are checking it to make sure it is tight. I love keys and such so this fit perfectly into my collection!
