This is so pretty, and fits very well in a variety of piercings. I bought it for my wife, and she wears it in her cartilage ear piercing. The flat side keeps it from rotating, so the gem sits perfectly at the bottom.

Easy to put in, comfortable and it's not tight against my nose. The clicker isn't secure, so be mindful when blowing your nose, I've accidently pulled mine out.

I love the way this rests in my nose, and the gold with the black jewel was a choice combo. I literally love the design, that angle is hot. HOWEVER, I've bought it twice and needed to replace it within 6 months. The clasp is not great. The first one crumbled apart at the hinge, and the second one's post wore down so that it wouldn't clip tight anymore (which was weird because I didn't take it in and out a bunch). Don't get me wrong, I'm gonna buy that shit again, but you should know going into this buy that the clasp won't last ya if you plan on putting it in and leaving it in. Givin it four stars cus I love it, but it's more a three for durability.
