this nose screw is really nice! the gem has never fallen out, i've purchased about four (2 for backups in case i lose one) and all of them are really nice! by far my most favorite nose studs to wear!

Beautiful little screw, but the screw is quite long in my nose and spins around a lot. It is dainty and pretty though! I would recommend to anyone who wants something small and simple. The red was nice too. I was worried it would look like a scab but it indeed does not!
