Small skulls are 15mm tall by 11mm wide, and weigh 7 grams each,.  The insertion gap measures 3mm.  The manufacturer recommends these for 00g/10mm stretched lobes or larger.

Medium skulls are 16.5 tall by 12mm wide, and weigh 10 grams each. The insertion gap measures 3mm and the inner diameter of the wearable area is 5mm.  The manufacturer recommends these for 1/2" stretched lobes or larger.

Large skulls are 18.5mm tall by 14mm wide, and weighs 15 grams. The insertion gap measures 3mm, and the inner diameter of the wearable area is approximately 5mm.  The manufacturer recommends these for 5/8" stretched lobes or larger.
