I will only use nosebone studs for my nose rings! It's discreet as well as it doesn't hurt as much putting it in (depending on pain tolerance of course)

Perfect, only downside is that the gem can slip into the skin because the ball is so small. If that happens the hole may close on top of the jewelry

I am happier with this nose bone than I thought I would be. It's gold colored and doesn't look cheap or like it will flake. I sometimes experience an allergy with certain metals and surprisingly this nose bone hasn't cause any issues. I am able to wear it just fine, it hasn't fallen out, and it's really cute.
