When opening seam rings for insertion, it is best to twist the two ends away from each other rather than opening the ring as one would do with a standard captive bead ring. The second method will distort the shape of the ring.

Great size. 7mm is ideal for my septum and I wish more companies made that size. The seamless is not ideal and wish it was A clicker but oh well. Design is subtle and just what I was looking for.

I wear this in my septum as well as nostril. I get TONS of compliments on it. It's super cute, ornate but not over the top. Great for daily wear. GREAT deal. I will buy more of these as backup in case I loose it. I have bent it open and closed all the time, and it hasn't broken and still keeps its shape so I am definitely impressed.
