Beautiful piece, although I lose these all the time because they are a bit top heavy & get snagged often. If you are ok with larger nose jewelry pieces, you'll love this one though

Although these are gorgeous, as soon as I pulled one out and tried to put it in my piercing, the teardrop fell off from the stem. I didn't even get one wear out of it. Not happy with that.
