Very bright, little studs. I am very happy with these, they've held up so far after 3 or so weeks of daily wear with showers/ sea salt soaks. Small enough to wear in my second holes which are VERY close to my stretched lobes. I haven't had any irritation and I wore them in a hole which was still healing initially.
