Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. He has a large nose so this didn't stick out as far as he would have liked. Possibly due to the gauge still being smaller. Once he gets to a larger size I will repurchase in hopes it looks better!

Great quality and very cool looking, I like this piece a lot. Keep in mind like the description says, that it may come a little bigger or smaller than your gauge, mine seems a little bit smaller but it isn't that big of a deal. Only complaint is that I wish it was a little bit longer but that's just a personal preference, I love it anyways.

Whenever I wore this tusk I felt so badass. It's not too extreme looking and at 8g it doesn't seem that big, it is just perfectly subtle. Unfortunately I lost mine at a sleepover because I fell asleep with it, so I don't advise that. This is a very cool yet simple tusk though. 5/5.

This tusk stays in place really well without O-rings. Alas I can't wear it with the tips pointing upwards but I can still alter the looks by wearing it pointing down or straight ahead.

Super cool piece! Not too long. (Although, it may not be long enough for the Halloween costume I'm putting together.... Looking for something more radical) The gauge seems slightly on the larger size and stays in place perfectly! This will easily become a well worn piece for me! I was going for something more extreme but, this was an unexpected suprise! I really love it!
