I purchased the 2mm size for my lip piercing. It does stick out a tiny bit more than my previous threaded end that I had for years, but I do like the color of the white opal. If you have chubby fingers you might wanna get a tool to help twist the threaded end onto the jewelry, as it can be a little tricky when it's that small.

Beautiful! I bought for my tongue ring and it's a tad bit smaller than I was expecting but that is ENTIRELY on me. It's exactly 5mm! I'll likely be back to buy more for my dimple piercings, as well!

The measurement is of the whole thing, not just the stone. Size up! I got the 2mm thinking it would be about 3mm with the bezel, but it's 2mm with the bezel which is microscopic.
