High shine, perfect, comfortable. I wear this in my tongue, PERFECT length. I wish they had this jewelry option long ago so I wasn't always biting the jewelry. The gold coating on the titanium is just the cherry on top. Internal threading makes insertion pain and scratch free.

Very nice and exactly what I was looking for. My tongue is actually stretched larger than I thought so I got another one of these because it's good quality! Shiny, solid, pleasing to look at. I had to get used to the larger balls again but since there are many shorter sizes which make up for that imo.
