Can't go wrong with a classic nose hoop. Pretty hard to get in if you're not used to nose hoops, but that's pretty standard.

I really like how easy these are to wear, but they constantly spin on me and then you can see the large gap in the "circle." Not my favorite, but easy.

Question: What's the internal diameter of the ring? I'm looking for 7mm or smaller.
Answer: Hi there! We have the internal diameters listed in the drop down menu once you select your gauge size. It comes in 7mm as the smallest internal diameter available :)
