I hear the gem move around for the non-opal one I have but so far after 2 weeks of running and HIIT, it hasn't fallen out or anything, and doesn't look loose. I only hear it if I poke it and when I was putting it in. The small is very subtle and definitely what I've been looking for! I think the quality is great, especially for the price.

I love everything about this one, other than the top and bottoms being flat with hard edges. Almost doesn't affect me at all, other than when my dog steps right on my belly button and it feels a little uncomfortable (in comparison to round ball ends). Doesn't stop me from wearing it though!

Soooo cute!! Love that it's internally threaded, it's hard to find internally threaded curved barbells meant for belly buttons that aren't super expensive. Love how sparkly both the top and bottom ends are!
