It's a cute little clicker, but I learned the hard way that my septum is pierced too high up for this to be worn comfortably. It's also pretty hard to open to remove, and the spines bend fairly easily. Definitely not a long-term piece of jewelry, but still very cute. If you have a low piercing or a smaller nose, it might work for you, but do be mindful of the diameter inside.
