I really like this ring! The gem is a super cute detail that makes me look classier than I am. If you want something simpler, you can also rotate the bead until the gem faces inward, because the bead is magnetic. The position of the bead doesn't change much unless you purposely rotate the bead, which I appreciate. I was scared that the magnetic bead might fall off, but so far so good. I wore it to sleep, and I roll around somewhat, but it hasn't fallen off yet. So it's quite secure. I have yet to do any high impact exercises in those, but as long as you don't displace the bead so that the magnetic ends of the bead and the ring aren't touching, I don't think you'd lose the bead. One thing to be aware of: Order the right size— if you don't you won't be able to put on the ring. The ring is just a hoop with a gap, and you attach the bead by aligning the magnetic ends. The bead has two dents that are the same size of the end of the ring to facilitate that. Obviously, you can't bend the ring too much/ at all, or else it would be harder to secure the bead. I would recommend checking the diameter of the bead and the ring before ordering.
