It takes people a minute to realize they are shaped like coffins but when the do, they love them. The edges on one of the eyelets was a bit rough. I tried it in both ears in case they felt different due to the size/shape of my ears but it still caused a little pain in both. My ear still gets angry sometimes when I put the one in, but not enough that I don't wear them.

I'm very pleased with these Bloodwood Coffin Eyelets (1/2"), which fit perfectly and look beautiful in my piercings. I treated them with Palo Santo Oil and also used a bit of Vaseline on my ears BEFORE inserting them. It prevents the wood from drying out and becoming uncomfortable when worn.
