Verified purchase 14g 9/16" Steel
The inner area of the heart is quite small and the loop holes to thread the bar through are awkwardly close to the top of the heart which inverts and pinches the nipple making it extremely uncomfortable if you're even able to get the whole set on. I unfortunately can't return because I opened the package it came in. I would not recommend you buy unless you have super tiny nipples.
