Really comfy threaded eyelet. There have been some in the past where my ear lobe gets caught and cut in the threading but these don't unscrew easily

Light weight, easy to insert, and I don't find the end difficult to screw on. The wearable area is a little longer than I would prefer, due to the thread seam.
