Although I had no problems with putting this ring in, after a few days it really had irritated my 3rd and 4th holes. I think it's my spacing, versus the rings spacing. Looked awesome though I will probably have to take some tools out to adjust this one.

I love the look of this jewelry and I've tried this piece a few times in my cartilage but I just can't keep it in. I'm not a fan of external threading to begin with but this also sits too far away from my ear. My hair gets tangled in the jewelry and I wake up in pain after sleeping on it. I always end up with red, swollen ears after wearing it. I'll probably splurge on a similarly shaped, internally threaded, smaller diameter piece eventually because it looks great!
