We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We take returns up to 30 days after you receive your order.
Any item that has arrived damaged or incorrect is eligible for a replacement at no additional shipping cost, even if it's not in its sealed bag.
For safety, ALL body jewelry & earrings come in a sealed baggie. As long as it is still in the untampered sealed baggie we can take it back. Please be sure to measure and inspect all jewelry before breaking the seal.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or incorrect.
Necklaces, finger rings, bracelets, & clothing can be return for ANY reason, even out of the sealed baggies, as long as the item is still in its original condition.
Any items that are not eligible for returns will have a notice on the item page used for ordering. This includes items like, clearance jewelry, storage cases, & tools.
If you ordered the wrong item(s) or do not want the item you received, then it will be your responsiblity to cover return shipping.

and let us know what you are returning so that we can be expecting it. You'll also need to let us know whether you want a store credit or refund once we receive your return.
If you'd rather have an exchange this is not a problem. When you contact us
we'll need to know what item you want in exchange. If there is a price difference and money is due, we'll send a secure payment link that you can use to pay either with credit card or PayPal.
