The Inner diameter hole is approximately 14mm which allows a perfect fit for a 5/8" barbell with 5mm balls or if you don't want as snug a fit try a 3/4" barbell. Barbell is NOT included.

Beautiful piece, but only fits one of my nipples. If you have a "shallow" nipple piercing, this might not be the best piece of jewelry. On the nipple I can wear it on, I love it!!

These nipple shields are very beautiful. However the holes for the bar are placed pretty far up, so when you're wearing them the nipple is pulled uncomfortably outward by the bar. This may just be because of how mine are pierced, but I an unable to wear them for very long without soreness.

Beautiful and intricate! Although I was very afraid of tearing these with my bra.. be careful. Slightly heavy so I would not recommend wearing them every day. Great piece for special occasions though :)
