This custom order steel nosebone from LeRoi is crafted with VM ASTM F-138 implant grade steel, ensuring the highest quality and safety for your nostril piercing. ** All ends are 3/32" wide and the nosebone has a 5/16" wearable length. The back flare is going to be .25mm larger than the gauge and is not a ball, but is a cone shape . **

I have no idea what Le Roi are playing at, but these are NOT nose bones. They're just sticks with a ball on one end. There's absolutely nothing to keep them from falling out - the end is completely smooth. Total waste of money.

Worth the wait! Finding 16 gauge nostril jewelry where I live outside of a standard hoop is nearly impossible. Especially at this price!
