Just read the pre-order policy carefully and you'll know what to except. As far as the piece of jewelry itself, oh my gosh. It is the most beautiful piece I own. It sparkles from every angle and is just breathtaking. I got the mint green color and was not disappointed. I am very petite so it is just a wee-bit bigger than I expected it to be. The size information of the gem was not online, but I emailed costumer service and they told me. It's a bit pricey, but the polish is flawless and the gems are high quality. 10/10 recommend and would order again.
