These are absolutely beautiful, but the ends can be a little painful if your lobes are on the narrow side! (They require some rotating throughout the day to avoid the ouch factor)

These eyelets are stunning. However, they are my second pair of Tawapa eyelets and I can say they run about a half size large. My suggestion is if your lobes are not super stretchy, go with a size smaller than your gauge.
