I loooove this so much, but it seems to have a propensity to fall out. I might need to go at it with some taped-up pliers or something. I already have a septum piercing, but it's pretty far forward so I was wearing it behind it and it looked SUPER cute. Just a bit worried about losing it! I imagine if you have a smaller gauge septum (mine is 10g) you could probably put this above it to anchor it. It's a little too tight with 10g. But smaller, I think it would work!
