Worn it permanently since purchasing, have not had any issues with the gem but I have lost the ball. Agree with others that the barbell is a bit small, so the moon is a bit lost for my belly button

I'm quite pleased with this Galaxy Moon Navel Ring, which looks great and fits perfectly in my reverse piercing. It lays flat to the skin and the Crescent Moon is a perfect size. Thank you, BAF!

I love how this looks but I wish the barbell was a little longer. The moon gets "lost" belly button. If I had a flat tummy this ring would be awesome.

I was a little concerned this one would feel pokey from the bottom of the crescent, but was pleasantly surprised. Comfortable enough to wear overnight, and looks great!
