Super cute. Can be difficult to get in (since I use it for my conch piercing) but once it's in I've had no issues with it staying screwed in. It's very comfortable too!

very difficult to screw on properly, prone to cross-threading and then getting stuck or unscrewing itself. once on however there are no issues. labret itself is good, the backing is rounded and sits flush to the skin and i have used them with other ends.

These are really cute, but one star off because holy hell I cannot get the ends back on these once they are actually in my body. It's like a game of Operation attached to your earlobe. I'm aware that workarounds exist for getting them in, but they definitely won't work for what I wanted, which is something I can swap out semi-regularly. If you've got incredible fine motor skills, a piercer who is willing to handle this for you, or are just willing to do arts and crafts each time you need to screw the end on, they would probably work great for you.
